On Saturday, May 18th at 11 am, we are offering a FREE session to allow you to see how we can help your athlete reach their full potential!

Our Sports Training here at Movement Fitness teaches the fundamentals of movement and progressively builds to the highest level of performance training. Your athlete will learn correct exercise form, proper body mechanics, and safe muscle-building techniques while also working on their speed and power, core stability, and reaction time.
